We are a New Zealand business located on the Onehunga , Auckland , all products are dispatched from this location. If you have any concerns please contact us at orders@sewsocute.net If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us WITHIN 7 DAYS for a store credit except personalised items as no credits can be given for personalised items. All we ask is the product is unused and the packaging is unopened. Once we receive your products back at our store the we will issue you a credit. In the unlikely even your item is faulty please contact us ASAP and provide pictures of the fault and we can arrange a replacement or refund.
